My Thoughts: Race Against Time is the aptly titled story of a young girl who finds the patience and strength to train a feral pony named Flash. But just as Kyla Law has found a mutually-agreeable rhythm with Flash, she begins to outgrow him physically. Their time together as rider and horse is limited, but there is one more thing they want to accomplish before time runs out. The gruelling Tevis Cup may be the last time they will ever ride together…and they are going to make it count!
In this incredible true story about a girl who finds a pony that needs her as much as she needs him, Kyla and Flash find companionship, strength and validation as they become the team that brings the smallest horse in the history of the Tevis Cup to the finish line.
