Stephanie Ward is the author of the upcoming chapter book series Orion and Cosmo, illustrated by Jessica Goecke, published by Holiday House (coming in 2027); picture books Allen the Alien, illustrated by Aleck Morton, published by Riveted Press and Arabella and the Magic Pencil, illustrated by Shaney Hyde, published by EK Books; a collection of short stories in 5 Minute Christmas Tales, illustrated by Karen Saaverdra, published by Bookoli; as well as board books Hello Shark!, illustrated by Bethany Carr, published by Imagine That, Clownfish Aren’t Funny and Don’t Laugh Giraffe!, illustrated by Carrie Hennon and Brad Hunt, published by Imagine That. Her poetry for children has appeared in The Toy Magazine and various anthologies.
After many years in marketing, Stephanie now spends her time writing sweet, silly and side-splitting stories for children. American born, but a nomad at heart, she currently lives in London, England with her family.
