I’m honored to learn that both Allen the Alien (illustrated by Aleck Morton, published by Riveted Press) and Arabella and the Magic Pencil (illustrated by Shaney Hyde, published by EK Books) have been included in the 2025 NSW Premier’s Reading Challenge Booklist.

The Challenge encourages children and students to read a set number of books over the year and record their efforts online. Since the Challenge first began in 2005, more than 4.3 million students have read over 60 million books. It’s lovely to think that some of those children are reading my stories 🙂
